Beyond the Bell Initiative
The Beyond the Bell initiative is designed to support students and families outside of the school environment, creating opportunities to connect, grow, and thrive. Through Beyond the Bell, Unleashed Visions will host workshops tailored to the needs of all students, including those not enrolled in the group mentorship program. This initiative also encompasses community-focused events, such as mother-daughter enrichment sessions, coat drives, and engaging community days. Beyond the Bell aims to build strong connections and provide essential resources, ensuring that the impact of Unleashed Visions extends far beyond the classroom.
Group Mentorship Initiative
Unleashed Visions’ group mentorship initiative is designed to support high school students as they prepare for life beyond graduation. Beginning with 10th-grade students, this program emphasizes the importance of setting both immediate and long-term goals while equipping participants with essential skills for college and workforce readiness. Through targeted activities, students will gain practical knowledge about career exploration, the college application process, and workforce preparation. This initiative aims to provide students with the tools and resources necessary to confidently navigate their post-graduation journey, ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen paths and fostering their growth into self-assured, prepared individuals.
Community Service
Unleashed Visions is dedicated to nurturing our youth into leaders and agents of change within their communities by engaging them in community service projects. This involvement helps them see themselves as integral parts of a larger whole, encouraging them to identify areas of improvement and discover their interests within community systems. By contributing to these projects, the girls develop a sense of responsibility and empathy, understanding the impact they can have on their surroundings. Unleashed Visions emphasizes the importance of viewing oneself in relation to the community, fostering a collective mindset that inspires proactive and compassionate leadership.
